Ale Mendoza is a prominent leader in leadership development, with over20 years of experience working in diverse sectors such as finance, education, consulting, and non-profit . He has held leadership positions in two countries and has trained executives from leading companies such as General Motors, Daimler, Scotiabank, APTIV, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Magna, and Johnson Controls. Ale is the Director of the Maxwell Leadership Certification in Spanish and hosts the Maxwell Leadership Podcast with Juan Vereecken, who has been closely associated with the John C. Maxwell ecosystem for over two decades.
