Ale Mendoza

Extensive experience

Ale Mendoza is a prominent leader in the field of leadership development, with over 20 years of experience working in diverse sectors such as finance, education, consulting, and non-profit. He has held leadership positions in two countries and has trained executives from leading companies such as General Motors, Daimler, Scotiabank, APTIV, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Magna, and Johnson Controls.

Certifications and Projects

In his ongoing commitment to growth, Ale has become a certified Working Genius Consultant, a Master Trainer in Habits, and a certified Coach through Davis University. He is part of the Maxwell Leadership mentoring team and, together with Dr. Tim Elmore, developed the Maxwell Leadership Multigenerational Leadership certification.

Ale currently

Ale is the Director of the Maxwell Leadership Certification in Spanish and the host of the Maxwell Leadership Podcast by Juan Vereecken. He also trains and advises leaders throughout Latin America, dedicated to providing tools to elevate the level of leadership in the Spanish-speaking world. He believes that when a leader improves, everyone benefits.
